PURPOSE:To uniformly spread charged-in concrete throughout the form, by bringing the concrete form into contact or engagement with the exciting drive apparatus provided to the outside of the form to vibrate the form. CONSTITUTION:Support walls 1<1>... are vertically provided to the upper surface of a base frame 1 at places so as to surround a form M while the form M is placed on the upper surface of the base frame 1 through buffer materials 2 so as to enter the space surrounded by the support walls 1<1>... and the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the form is brought into contact with the buffer materials 2 mounted to the inner surfaces of the support walls 1<1>... to support the form on the base frame 1 in a vibratile manner. A hydraulic piston cylinder 3 pushing and pulling the bottom plate of the form M from below and a hydraulic piston cylinder 4 laterally pushing and pulling the lower part of the side plate of the form M are mounted to the base frame 1. When concrete C is charged in the form M and the cylinders 3, 4 are reciprocally driven, the concrete C receives up-and-down motion and lateral reciprocating motion compositely to uniformly and sufficiently flow throughout the form. |
