<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of microwaves and seizure nearly completely by containing graphite in a bush coupled with the inside of a bearing or a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 5 rotated in a microwave heating chamber 2 is supported by a bearing 8 provided on the outer wall 3 of the heating chamber 2, and graphite is contained in a bush 9 coupled with the inside of the bearing 8 or the shaft 5. When the bush 9 containing graphite abundant in sliding prop erty, the rotary shaft 5 can be supported with no gap under a tight fit condition, and the seizure of the contact section can be prevented because no dust or the like is present. Since no gap exists and electric conductivity is high, the leakage of microwaves can be prevented nearly completely.</p> |
