PURPOSE:To efficiently and inexpensively obtain a product, by a method wherein a strip like sheet is wound around the outer periphery of the body part of an unvulcanized bag body in an expanded state without generating a gap and cap-shaped covers are engaged with the outer peripheries of the mirror parts at both ends of the body part and the unvulcanized bag body is heated and vulcanized in such a state that external force is acted on both cap-shaped covers in the directions approaching each other. CONSTITUTION:A flexible strip like sheet 6 is wound around the outer periphery of the body part 2 of an unvulcanized bag body 1 in an expanded state without generating a gap. In addition thereto, flexible cap-shaped covers 7 are respectively engaged with the outer peripheries of the mirror parts 3 of the body part 2 and the unvulcanized bag body 1 is heated in such a state that external force is acted on both cap-shaped covers 7 in the directions approaching each other. By this method, since the strip like sheet and the cap-shaped covers extremely reduced in a wt. and a volume are used as molds, the handling thereof can be efficiently performed. Further, they are allowed to almost perfectly correspond to the outer surface of the bag body to make it possible to enhance the appearance quality of the vulcanized bag body. Furthermore, equipment cost can be reduced. |
