PURPOSE:To improve the sufficient corrosion resistance to an inorganic acid contaminated with halides by constituting the titled material by high pure metallic Cr in which relative density is specified. CONSTITUTION:The high pure metallic Cr powders having >=99.9% purity and <=100mum particle size are used as the starting material. Said metallic Cr powders are charged to a sealed container and is evacuated. After said vacuum treatment,the powders are hot rolled to a rolled body having >=95% relative density. The powders are furthermore applied to a treatment such as annealing, etc., at need. Said inorganic acid resistance material has excellent corrosion resistance under the environment where the halides such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc., are present. The alloy has excellent workability as well.
