PURPOSE:To treat the terminal of a coil easily by inserting the terminal of the coil into a slit in a protrusion formed to a coil mounting member, fitting said protrusion into a hole shaped to a coil-terminal connecting section for a circuit substrate and leading out and electrically connecting the terminal of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of exciting coils 23 are arranged annularly onto a surface oppositely faced to magnets 31 for a rotor of a flange section 22 for a housing 10. The coils 23 are positioned by a land 25 while the terminals of the coils are wound onto protrusions 41 with slots 46 shaped to the flange section 22, and inserted into the slots 46. Holes are formed at a position corresponding to the protrusions 41 in a circuit substrate 24, and the terminals of the coils are led out to the reverse side of the substrate 24 together with the protrusions 41 when the circuit substrate 24 is combined with the flange section. The terminals of the coils are soldered to a pattern shaped onto the substrate 24. Accordingly, the terminals of the coils are treated easily, thus automating a connection process.
