An immunodeficiency test kit contains a microtitre plate coated with antigens, washing solution, negative control (human serum negative for all pathogens), 5% strength highly purified whey albumin in PBS buffer as diluent for samples, fluorescence-labelled anti-A, -D, -E, -M, -G, fluorescence-labelled HIV antibodies, fluorescence-labelled pathogen antibodies IgG, IgM, HBs, IgG1, IgG2A, IgG3, IgB and protein molecular weight standards for the picomole, femtomole, attomole ranges and finally, where appropriate, dilute NaOH.
