PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of surface accuracy, deformation, and the turbulence of size accuracy due frictional heat from being generated, by using the hardening body of a resin composition material including plural components. CONSTITUTION:A guide 5 is constituted of the hardening body of the resin composition material including synthetic resin and silica powder. In such a case, the silica powder having a particle diameter >=64mum occupies 0-0.5wt.% of the whole, and the particle diameter <=3mum occupies 20-40wt.% of the whole. By including the silica powder having such particle distribution, the deformation of a size or the lowering of hardness is hard to be generated.
