The two ends of the band of the sports tie lying around the neck area are crossed over at the height of the top shirt button. The part of the tie leading downwards is mounted below this band cross-over. In a further design, a part of the tie leading downwards is additionally mounted in parallel. A fastener is mounted on the neck band or below the band cross-over. This tie is a completely new creation which extends the range of products.
