Arrangement includes a prim. and sec. air flow and an aerodynamic stabiliser. The air flows are controlled and accelerated. - Extruder (1) extrudes plastic film (2). There is a prim. air flow (3) and a sec. air flow (4). The stabiliser (5) has guide surfaces (6). There surround the film but do not come into contact with it.
