PURPOSE:To properly deal with special portionwise packing data, by providing a management means for allowing a control means to receive portionwise packing data separate from portionwise packing data to perform portionwise packing operation on the basis of the separate portionwise packing data concerned. CONSTITUTION:When a management apparatus 7 receives the operation result of the portionwise packing operation due to a control apparatus 3, the handling of the portionwise packing data concerned is reserved when said portionwise packing operation is not yet carried out and said portionwise packing data is transferred to the control apparatus 3 when it is inputted that necessary processing is performed by switching operation. The control apparatus 3 carries out the indicated predetermined portionwise packing operation. Further, when the management apparatus 7 receives the portionwise packing data (including pass words) relating to a special medicine such as a narcotic, said apparatus 7 calls out operation procedure containing various checking items from an operation memory 8 separate from an operation memory 5 to which usual procedure is inputted and allows the control apparatus 3 to carry out portionwise packing operation according to said procedure.
