PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition giving a stabilized fiber, etc. resistant to deterioration and discoloration caused by microorganism, by compounding a polyurethane with a polymer containing a specific group. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane is compounded with a polymer containing a group of formula (X is linking group of -O- or -S-; Y is residue of pentachlorophenol, p-chloro-m-cresol, o-phenylphenol, p-chloro-m-xylenol, salicylanilide, 8-hydroxyquinoline, 2,5-dibromo-4-methylaniline, sodium pentachlorophenate, 1,2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one or sodium 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide).
