PURPOSE:To instantaneously correspond to the alteration of the kind of a valved packing bag, by constituting the title apparatus of machinery groups respectively opening the valve port of an upper and lower bottom-of-ship type packing bag equipped with a gusset, the change-over mechanism of both machinery groups and a machinery group given in common to the bag supply operation of both packing bags. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a packing bag 1 equipped with a gusset, a pair of suction cups 18, 18' are driven and respectively suck the outer surfaces of the valve port part of the packing bag from both sides thereof to open a pull valve port 5 in opposite directions. At this time, a check plate 26, a lever 32 and a suction cup 44 are present at a retracted position. In the case of an upper and lower bottom-of-ship type packing bag 2, the lever 32 is driven in such a state that the contact plate 26 is brought into contact with the folded area of the folded one end surface part 3 of said bag 2 from the side opposite to the folded side thereof and the leading end part of the lever is brought into contact with the area near to the upper side of one end surface part 3 of the packing bag and pushes the same to erect one end surface part 3 and the suction cup 44 is driven to suck the outer surface of the valve port part of the erected one end surface part 3 to open a pull valve port 7. At this time, the pair of suction cups are present at a retracted position.
