PURPOSE:To obtain a prestressed concrete plate coping with corrosion and magnetization by a method wherein tension members, each of which consists of non-rusting and non-magnetic high performance fibers, are connected endlessly and provided so as to extend part of said tension member outside a frame and at the same time the tension members are deformed. CONSTITUTION:Tension members 3, each of which consists of non-resulting and non-magnetic high performance fibers such as aramid fibers, carbon fiber or the like, are endlessly connected with joints 6 in a concrete casting space 5a in a frame 5 so as to install each tension member 3 in a straight line form. When said tension member 3 is pulled nearer to each other and held with a hook 9, the total length of the tension member 3 is elongated, resulting in applying tensile stress to the tension member 3. Under the state just mentioned above is held as it is, concrete mortar is cast in the concrete casting space 5a. When the concrete mortar reveals the predetermined strength after solidification, parts, which are outside the frame 5 and held by pressure bearing plats 7, are cut off and, after that, the pressure bearing plate 7 and the frame are removed in order to complete a prestressed concrete plate 1.
