Machine for disintegrating, cutting, mixing, kneading and emulsifying of food, consists of a bowl which can be tilted around a horizontal shaft and locked in the desired tilted position. The bowl can be closed by a cover with a plate made e.g. of transparent plastic and has tools which are revolved by a motor flanged to the bottom of the bowl. A paddle made pref. of plastic, can be turned by a hand crank. Rollers, made e.g. of nylon, facilitates the movement of theframe. A cabinet for the switchgeat supports the end of the hollow shaft which encloses theleads to the motor.
