摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out bonding adequately and accurately by providing a second heating coil in parallel with a first heating coil, between which a bonding agent section containing ferromagnetic substance is provided and passing electric currents of high-frequency in the reverse direction respectively in the first and second coils. CONSTITUTION:On a bonding section of a first and second cylindrical bodies 27 and 28, substances to be bonded constituted of, for example, thermoplastic such as polyethylene or the like, a bonding agent layer 29 is inserted. As a bonding agent, a mixture of powder material same as the material constituted of the first and second cylindrical bodies 27 and 28 and a conductive powder material or ferromagnatic material powder is used. Magnetic fluxes generated by heating coils 21 and 22 positioned in a manner of inserting the bonding agent layer 29 section are in the same direction, and the bonding agent is melted by heating the conductive substance or ferromagnetic substance contained in the bonding agent to bond the first and second cylindrical bodies 27 and 28 each other. In such a case, if, for instance, a metal material part 30 exists inside the cylindrical bodies 27 and 28, the flowing direction of electric currents becomes reverse to reduce the heat generated by the magnetic induction to a large extent.
