<p>PURPOSE:To set the timing of speech, etc., or the insertion of a time to write the speech only by a single action, by providing a timer for detecting a non- recording part with length suitable for the speech and inserting a readout stopping time. CONSTITUTION:By depressing a key 5, a non-recording part detecting command is outputted, and an oscillator 11 outputs a clock signal to a nonaudio part from a voice sensor 14 via an FF1. The timer 2 counts the clock signal via an AND circuit 6, and resets an FF4 when a time arrives at around 0.5sec in advance. Thereby, a motor 12 is stopped via an AND circuit 8. Simultaneously, the clock signal is counted by the timer 3 in which around 5 seconds to be used for the time to write the speech are set, and the rotation of the motor is started when it arrives at a preset time. Therefore, it is possible to set the timing of the speech, etc., and the insertion of the time to write the speech by one setting operation.</p> |
