<p>PURPOSE:To tastefully make food edible within a short time without turning the food over at the time of cooking, by bringing a food receiving container having a skeletal or bottom raising rod made of special material to a stripped container and averagely irradiating the upper, under and lateral surfaces of the food with a reflected wave. CONSTITUTION:Food is received in a container whose skeletal is made of material having high frequency resistance and heat resistance and the lid and bottom parts thereof and, if necessary, the lateral parts thereof are stripped from the skeletal to form a stripped container or rod-shaped bottom raising rods or rings made of the same material as the skeletal are respectively inserted in the corners of the container and food is placed on a food tray formed into a reticulated shape to raise the bottom of the container. The container thus treated is introduced into a microwave or heating oven and food is directly and effectively irradiated with reflected high frequency waves in the case of the microwave oven to cook the food. In the case of the heating oven, the food is effectively irradiated with heated hot air waves to cook the food. By this method, the food can be made edible without being turned over.</p> |
