PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in attaching easily an elastic wire rod to a lever for controlling heating power without caulking made by using a caulking pin and also supply surely the minimum gas flow rate by a method wherein the coil part of the elastic wire rod is attached to the lever for controlling heating power and this elastic wire rod is arranged at a fixed location. CONSTITUTION:The coil part 11a of an elastic wire rod 11 is inserted into the attaching part 12a of a lever 12 for controlling heating power and in putting the bent part 11b at one end of the part 11a on a stopper part 12b a straight line part 11c is forcibly in contact with a projection 12c for positioning. When the lever 12 is rotated in the left direction, a needle pin 13 inserted into a needle axis 9 is moved gradually in the direction of the axis along a slit 12d and at the location near the point of (weak) heating power an elastic part 11d begins to be in contact with the pin 13. Then, when the axis arrives at the location of the (weak) heating power, the axis 9 is subjected to a fixed preset load through the pin 13. Because a valve part 9a presses a valve seat 10 with pressure by using this load to carry out sure gas seal, gas flows through a bypass to bring the heating power in (weak) condition. |
