PURPOSE:To make helical forming simultaneously with extrusion possible by a structure wherein the production equipment concerned consists of a rotor, which is arranged at the rear of the nozzle of an extruder and has an eccentric guide hole having an eccentricity larger than the diameter of an extruded bar, and guide bar, which extends on the rotating axis of the rotor and from the rotor in the extrusion direction. CONSTITUTION:The production equipment concented consists of rotor 5, which is arranged at the rear of the extrusion nozzle 2 of an extruder 1 and rotated about an horizontal axis and has an eccentric guide hole having an eccentricity larger than the diameter of an extruded bar 3. and a guide bar 6, which extends on the rotating axis of the rotor 5 and from the rotor 5 in the extrusion direction of the extruder 1 and is installed in a water tank 10 provided at the rear of the extruder 1. At the rear of the water tank 10, a puller 11 and a cutter 12 are provided so as to form a helical bar by rotating the rotor 5 while the extruded bar 3 is being pulled with the puller 11. |
