PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, by sandwiching a recording disk between a turntable and a clamper, and rotating the recording disk by a motor. CONSTITUTION:A small disk 40 is placed on a tray at a state where the tray is drawn out from a small cartridge 20. Next, by pushing in the tray in a direction of Y1 by an operator, a wall 27 is attracted by a magnet fixed in the inside of the small cartidge 20, and is fixed at a position where the center hole 41 of the small disk 40 is almost aligned with the center of the motor. Next, a geared motor 9 is rotated, and a sub chassis 4 is turned in a direction of S1 setting a turning shaft 6 as an axis by the function of a flat gear 4a at an end part, and a center boss 15 is engaged with the center hole 41 of the small disk 40, and the turntable 2 presses the small disk 40 upwards, and the disk 40 results at a state where it is sandwiched between a rotational member and the turntable 2. At this time, the rotational member is pressed by a flat spring, and presses the disk 40 on the turntable 2, and rotates the motor keeping the above state, and a video or a voice is read by a pickup 12, and signal is reproduced.
