PURPOSE:To improve the proportionality, response and sensitivity of a governor by housing a carburetor, a solenoid and a butterfly valve as a speed governor connected thereto via a conversion mechanism within a body monolithic with the carburetor. CONSTITUTION:A gas engine is connected with one end of a mixed gas supply pipe 20 and the other end thereof is connected to a speed governor mounted carburetor 50. And the gas engine is supplied with a mixed gas generated in the carburetor 50 via a fuel gas from a fuel gas supply pipe 30 and a combustion air from an air supply pipe 40. In this case, the speed governor mounted carburetor 50 comprises a carburetor 70, a solenoid 80, a link mechanism 90, a butterfly valve 100 as a speed governor and a control instrument 110, all housed within a body as a casing 60 monolithic with the carburetor 50. And the moving core 84 of the solenoid 80 and the spindle 102 of the butterfly valve 100 are connected to each other via the link mechanism 90 working as a direct drive/turning conversion mechanism.
