PURPOSE:To hold the temp. of the food received in a receiving case to a heated or cooled state, by forming at least one of the receiving case and a lid body into a double wall structure having an inner space and bringing the inner space to a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a receiving case 2 and a lid body 4 is formed into a double wall structure having a vacuum inner space. At first, the receiving case 2 and the lid body 4, both of which have inner spaces 7, 14, are molded by an arbitrary molding method and the inner space 7 is brought to a vacuum state of about 10<-5> torr and, thereafter, a gas absorbing agent 8 is heated to 350 deg.C to be held for 10 min and the inner space 7 is subsequently allowed to cool. After the vacuum degree is increased, a suction tube 11 is collapsed by burning and the receiving case 2 is covered with an outer case 9. When foods are received in the receiving spaces 5 of the receiving case 2 at every partitioning of partition walls 6, high and low temp. foods are held to high and low temp. states by the limitation of heat conductivity due to the inner spaces 7, 14 in the vacuum state without being affected by the atmospheric temp.
