PRODUCTION OF PERFORATED IRON PLATE FOR REINFORCING CONCRETE

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase the sticking of the concrete mortar placed onto the titled iron plate and to improve the bonding by providing more than one piece of a projection part in the through hole of the iron plate member for reinforcing concrete and raising this projection part to the external part of the plate face. CONSTITUTION:A concrete flowing hole 3 is pierced on the iron plate member 2 for concrete reinforcement and in piercing, more than one piece of projection part 2b are provided in this hole 3 for flowing. This projection part 2b is raised to the external part of the iron plate 2 face. In the case of placing concrete/ mortar, the concrete sticking face onto the title iron plate 2 is increased with the mortar being stuck on this projection part 2b as well to improve the mutual sticking further.
