PURPOSE:To reduce cost of manufacture and installation of a crane by making round shape of a frame, supporting a circular edge part as swingable and further supporting a trolley as shiftable toward the diameter direction. CONSTITUTION:The crane frame 7 is formed by shell construction, etc., of round shape to the outer shape, and arranged as swingable on a ring girder 2 through wheels arranged at lower part of the circular edge part. Further, a weight lifting device and crane hook are arranged and the trolley 4 linearly shifting along space 8 is arranged on the frame 7. As the crane frame 7 is supported to a vessel 1 by whole circumferential wall, load acting to the ring girder 2 is reduced. By this method, the cost of manufacture and installation of the crane are reduced, because the construction of the supporting member, such as girder, is ligthened.
