PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy in the surfaces of a scroll blade and a holder and thus the efficiency of a pump while facilitating the exchange of scroll blade, by fitting the separately formed scroll blade in a scroll groove provided in the holder to constitute a scroll pump. CONSTITUTION:Both side covers 2, 3 fixed to a main body 1 by bolts 4 support an eccentric shaft 7 through respective bearings 5, 6. Then, a holder 9 divided and formed for example is secure fixedly by bolts 10 to a shaft guide 8 journalled by the eccentric portion of eccentric shaft 7. And while a scroll groove 11 is worked in the holder 9, it is fitted to a scroll blade 12. Then, the scroll blade 12 is formed by bending a sheet metal for example. Also, the scroll blade 12 or holder 9 may be formed of a blank mainly containing Ti alloy for example. Further, the scroll blade 12 or holder 9 may be formed for example by wire cut elecrospark machining.
