Pre-shaped foil cap resembling a double funnel with a single labial wall and a multiply reinforced palatinal wall

The patent application presents a novel metal foil cap which is characterized in that two funnel-shaped forms are formed from a plane foil sheet, which are displaced concentrically to each other on an edge; this results in formation of a foil cap which for the first time meets the requirements known from prosthetics, i.e. of an aesthetic and mechanically functional component, and can be automatically moulded on the dental stump.
