Antiasthmatic 2-aminoalkyl-4-benzyl-1-(2H)-phthalazinone derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, trifluoromethyl, C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-alkoxy, R2 denotes hydrogen, phenyl, benzyl, C1-C6-alkyl or C3-C8-cycloalkyl, R3 represents hydrogen, a C3-C6-alkenyl radical, a C3-C6-alkynyl radical, a phenyl radical or a phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl radical which is optionally substituted in the phenyl moiety by halogen, NO2, NH2, CN, OH, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, C1-C6-alkoxy-C1-C6-alkyl, C 2-C6-alkanoyloxy or C2-C6-alkanoylamino and Alk represents a C2-C6-alkylene bridge which can also contain a double bond and processes for their preparation.
