PURPOSE:To obtain an assembled roll whose sleeve is easily detachable by using a pressurized medium at the time of detaching the sleeve and maintaining an interference condition during pressurization. CONSTITUTION:At the time of assembling a sleeve 2 and an arbor 3. The large diameter side of the sleeve 2 is put to face the small diameter side of the arbor 3 and both the sleeve 2 and arbor 3 are oppositely moved in the axial direction to put the sleeve 2 on a body 4. Then, a medium (water, oil, etc.) is pressurized at a prescribed pressure and is injected into a 1st gap 10 and 2nd gap 11 through a 1st pipe 13 and a 2nd pipe 14; the medium is sealed by a seal ring 12, the sleeve 2 is expanded in the radial direction to be movable in the axial direction. The total interference amount is previously set to be a dimension cancelable with expansion by the medium so that the sleeve 2 is completely put on the body 4 and then the sleeve 2 and arbor 3 are fixed by a prescribed interference amount by stopping supply of the medium. |
