PURPOSE:To obtain a medium suitable for growth of mycelia of mushroom, by feeding a medium prepared through prefermentation process and post- fermentation process to a bed, repeatedly changing air in a chamber and maintaining the medium in a specific temperature range while feeding the medium to the bed. CONSTITUTION:A medium obtained through prefermentation process and post- fermentation process is loosened and flatly fed to a bed to improve air permeability. In feeding the culture to the bed, air in a cultivating chamber is repeatedly changed while keeping the cultivating chamber at 15-20 deg.C and the medium is maintained at 20-25 deg.C to give the medium capable of preventing reduction in medium ability and mass producing excellent mushrooms.
