PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of uniformly roasting grains, such as wheat or soybean, fishes or shellfishes, such as boiled and dried larval Japanese anchovy or parched small sardine, without unevenness, by providing a rotating roasting floor in a hot air flow oven and a raw material charging port and product discharging port before and after the moving range of the rotating roasting floor. CONSTITUTION:A rotating roasting floor 2 having the perforated bottom and plural containing cells 5 is provided in a hot air flow oven 1. The rotating roasting floor 2 is rotatable 360$ in the horizontal plane and provided with a raw material charging port 3 and product discharging port 4 before and after the moving range of the rotating roasting floor 2. The product discharging port 4 has a structure similar to that of a rotary valve and a partially opening doughnut-like punched metal to provide the discharging port.
