PURPOSE:To shorten exchanging time by arranging a movable unit, whose a blow head is shifted to interval between stations of molding and exchanging, and delivering the blow head by horizontal and vertical movements of the supporting table. CONSTITUTION:First and second blow tank receiving parts having pallet 41 respectively are arranged at the supporting table 40 and a delivering lifter 45 of the blow tank 3 and a means 46 for carrying to outside are arranged. Further, the movable unit 12, shifting the interval between the molding station and the blow tank exchanging station, is arranged. The used tank 3 is shifted to the position of the lifter 45 in the exchanging station by the unit 12 and supported to a first receiving part 43 through a lifting plate 57. Next, by horizontally shifting the supporting table 40, the old tank 3 is exchanged to the new tank 3 by the movable unit 12 and the new tank 3 is set to a mold. As the exchange of the tanks is executed at the same time, the exchanging time is shortened.
