PURPOSE:To well pack even a small-sized narrow article to be packed in a stable state, by providing several rows of tiltable receiving pieces in a tiltable manner and forming the tiltable receiving pieces approaching a mount receiving piece so that the energizing forces thereof are made stronger than those of the other tiltable receiving pieces. CONSTITUTION:In such a case that an article 3 to be packed is supplied to the position of a packing part by the rising of a receiving table and pressed to a stretch film 7 provided under tension, since a mount receiving piece 50 is fixed to a receiving plate 72 and a pair of the tiltable receiving pieces 50A arranged in close vicinity to the mount receiving piece 50 are continuously energized and held to an erected state by springs 75 with the strength capable of withstanding the press contact force of the film 7, the small-sized relatively unstable article 3 to be packed can be supplied to the position of the packing part in a stable state. Since the tiltable receiving pieces 50B positioned outside the tiltable receiving pieces 50A are energized by relatively weak springs 77, the tiltable receiving pieces 50B positioned outside are easily tilted at the time of the folding operation of left and right folding bodies 13 and the film 7 can be well folded to the center of the bottom part of the article to be packed.
