PURPOSE:To request the cost of electric rate for each tenant automatically by detecting the value of the electric current by an electric current transformer (CT) which is installed on the power line to an outdoor machine, integrating the electric power consumed by an air conditioner and allotting the electric power consumed by the whole air conditioners which is sought by a pulse type electric power meter to each unit according to its electric power consumption. CONSTITUTION:A signal outputted from a CT3 which is installed on electric power line 1 is inputted to an electric power integrating circuit, and it is converted 4a internally to a voltage value and then it is converted 4b by A/D conversion and inputted to cpu 4c. The amount of electric power outputted from the cpu 4c is transmitted to a centralized control unit 5 by an interface unit IFU 4e. The output of an electric power meter 6 with pulse output is inputted to the centralized control unit 5, and at the cetralized control unit the consumed electric powers of the whole air conditioners are recorded. Current value it is read every 7min, and the integration of the current values is made by the addition to a constant Iw, and after a time T has elapsed or when a request of sending electric power occurs from the centralized control unit, the integrated electric current value is converted to the corresponding amount of electric power, and it is sent to the centralized control unit and at the same time Iw is resetted.
