PURPOSE:To enable all specimen components to be measured at the same time by detecting the specimen components moving at proper composite speeds determined by moving speeds due to electroosmostic flows and air migrations on the basis of differences in the solubilities of the specimen components for a surfactant and in the electric charge quantities of the specimen components. CONSTITUTION:A chromatograph is constituted by a capillary tube 1 with its both ends inserted in the containers 3 and 4 of a solvent containing a surfactant, a power supply E connected to electrodes 5 and 6, specimen injector 7 provided in the intermediate part of the tube 1 and detectors 9 and 10. The solvent from the container 3 is made flow in the tube 1 by an electroosmostic flow and a prescribed quantity of a specimen is taken in the tube 1 from a cylinder 8. Specimen components are moved at moving speeds based on differences in solubilities and electric charges and detected by the detectors 9 and 10. Therefore, all the specimen components can be measured at the same time regardless of a non-ionic material or an ionic material. |
