PURPOSE:To constitute a program without being aware of the boundary of each bank by storing a bank data representing any of banks and adding the final address of the bank and an inputted relative address so as to designate the address of the bank. CONSTITUTION:A bank latch 1 latches a bank data representing a bank given via a data bus based on a bank set signal BSET. A bank adder circuit 2 adds the bank data latched by the bank latch 1 and a relative address given via the address bus based on a bank read/write signal BRW. The added address signal is given to a gate circuit 3 and the gate circuit 3 switches the output of the bank adder circuit 2 and the address signal given from the address bus based on the bank read/write signal BRW. Thus, the program is constituted without being aware of the address at the boundary of the banks.
