PURPOSE:To enable fast visualization, by detecting electromagnetic induction voltage sequentially, relatively moving a magnetic field generation source and a conductor to convert a magnetic flux distribution into a 2-D video with the application of a computer tomographic video method for a detected value. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 30 is carried on a sample base 40 while a voltmeter 20 is connected across both ends of a coil 10 and a voltage output data of the meter 20 is sent to a computer as indicated by the arrow 21 for a computation processing by a CT method. Then, for example, a stage 50 is moved at a fixed speed of 30mm/sec, to measure a voltage output with the meter 20 at each 0.1sec., namely, at intervals of 3mm at 92 points and the results are sent to the computer. Then, after the sample base 40 is turned by 3 deg., the stage 50 is moved on the same conditions to obtain a projection data with the number of directions totalling 120. A filter reverse projection method is applied as CT method to achieve a CT reconstruction of a magnetic flux distribution of a approx. 20cm-square matrix of 64X64. According to this method, parts (b) and (c) of the coil 10 are in the direction the same as that of moving the stage 50 while a part (d) is arranged away from the magnet 30, thereby almost eliminating effect of any magnetic field.
