PURPOSE:To remove the looseness of a sheet of paper by providing a guide roller which is coaxial and synchronously rotated with a tractor shaft in between pin wheel tractors on both ends for feeding a sheet of paper having paper feeding engaging holes in both ends and forming its paper contact face with a high friction member. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of paper 11 on which engaging holes 14 are formed on both ends is fed to a platen 12 with its engaging holes 14 being engaged with the pins 15a, 16a of pin chain tractors 15 and pin wheel tractors 16 provided on both ends. Guide rollers 31 which are coaxial and synchronously rotated with the driving shaft of the pin wheel tractors 16 are provided between the pin wheel tractors 16 on both ends with their diameters being slightly larger than those of the wheel tractors 16. The contact face of the guide roller 31 with the sheet of paper 13 is formed with a high friction member 31a of rubber, etc. Accordingly, paper feeding force by the guide rollers 31 is added to the paper feeding force by the pins 15a, 16a, enabling the sheet of paper 13 to be fed to the platen 12 without causing looseness, improving paper feeding accuracy.
