PURPOSE:To easily and speedily handle trouble in device operation by arranging a coupling support plate and supporting both ends of at least one pressure roller which abuts on a member to be pressed except when a photosensitive member is inserted or extracted, and removing the coupling support plate at the time of the insertion or extraction of the photosensitive member and opening the periphery of the pressure roller in a cantilever support state. CONSTITUTION:When pressure development to the member to be pressed is performed, one end of an upper pressure roller 3 is fitted to the support plate 16 and the other end is fitted to the coupling support plate 4 to support both ends of the roller, which bears a load. When the photosensitive member 5 in a closed loop shape is inserted or extracted, the coupling support plate 4 is removed to support the roller in the cantilever support state, the lengthwise flank of the pressure roller is opened, and the photosensitive member 5 is easily inserted to or extracted from the lengthwise flank of the pressure roller. Consequently, the insertion or extraction at the trouble time of a conveyance system such as the wrinkling, slanting run, jam, etc., of the photosensitive member requires no labor.
