A device (1, 2) for the placement of a sleeve (6), in particular a trocar sleeve, against the outside wall of a human or animal body and a hollow organ contained therein, e.g. stomach, large intestine or small intestine, which comprises a hollow needle (9) for making an opening (14) in the outer wall (12) and in the organ wall (13) facing the latter, the sleeve (6) which has a first tensile member (7, 17) on one end and a thread-like second tensile member (11, 18) insertable through the hollow needle (9) for pulling the sleeve (6) from the cavity (15) of the organ into the opening (14), is to be developed in such a way that the connection between the second tensile member and the sleeve (6) is effected inside the organ and the sleeve (6) can be easily and readily placed. This is achieved in that the second tensile member (18) has a spreadable loop (22) at its inner end and the first tensile member (17) has a coupling element (21) that can be gripped by the loop (22) and retained by gathering the loop (22), and in that the sleeve (6) has, at the end at which it is connected to the first tensile member (17), a conical tapering (32) releasably fastened on the sleeve (6). <IMAGE> |
