This device is of the type comprising an element with a blade 19, connected to an actuating device 18 which can be moved between a non-operating position above a continuous plasticised material made up of individual sheets of paper and/or cardboard 11 joined together, either paired up and adjoining one another, or arranged in mutual succession, with a film of plastic 12, and an operational position for incision of at least one part of film 12 located between two successive sheets. It comprises a support element 17, transverse to the continuous plasticised material, on which is guided, in a movable fashion, a series of actuating elements 18 to each of which is fixed, in a secure fashion, a bladed element 19 for incising at least in part, at least one strip of the continuous plasticised material, stop-piece elements interacting with the elements with the blade 19 being opposite the elements with a blade 19, below and on the opposite side of the material, and the series of actuating elements 18 furthermore being actuated by a centralised control means 31. <IMAGE>
