System formed by an emitting surface 1 acting as object surface, an optical assembly called an optical relay system 4 on an optical axis 3 or 8 related to the object space and an optical combining surface 6 on an optical axis 9 related to the image space, characterised in that the object, or the image of the object, is undergoing movements in relation to the optical relay system 4 between limits depending on the intended application and to form, by means of the optical assembly consisting of the optical relay system 4 and the optical combining device 6, a virtual image 5 which is perceptible by the operator and which can move in his field of view.
