PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform ordinary ventilation, ventilation with heat exchange, and ventilation with room heating and heat exchange by providing a blower for discharge air, blower for supply air, sensible heat exchanger, and heater. CONSTITUTION:In the main body a blower 2 for supply air, blower 3 for discharge air, sensible heat exchanger 4, and heater 5 are provided. Air flow SA enters from an air suction port 6 on the outdoor side and passes through the sensible heat exchanger 4 and heater 5 by the blower 2 for supply air and supplied into a room A from a discharge port 7 on the indoor side. On the other hand air flow EA enters from a suction port 8 and passes through the sensible heat exchanger 4 by the blower 3 for discharge air and is discharged from a discharge port 9 to the outdoor C. Here in the sensible heat exchanger 4 only temperatures are exchanged between the supply air SA and discharge air EA, and further the supply air SA has its temperature raised by the heater 5 and enters the inside A of the room. If the indoor is of higher temperature and moisture compared with the outdoor, only the temperatures are exchanged by the sensible heat exchanger 4, and only moisture is discharged. Further, if the temperature in the room is lower, the supply air SA after heat exchange is heated by the heater 5. If the outdoor temperature feels more pleasant compared with the indoor, only the blower 3 for discharge air is operated.
