PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency not only by keeping directly warm by radiation heat a first object which is to be kept warm and located below a heat source but also by keeping warm a second object which is to be kept warm and located on a warmth keeping plate which is provided over the heat source. CONSTITUTION:The radiation heat 3 which is radiated from a heat source 1 is absorbed by a first object to be kept warm, keeping the object warm. At the same time the air surrounding the heat source 1 which is heated by the heat source 1 obtains high temperature, and the heat goes upwards by the heat conduction due to the air convection flow to heat a warmth keeping plate 4 which is provided above the heat source 1, and a second object 5 to be kept warm is kept warm by the warmth keeping plate 4. As a heat source an electric heater, gas heater, heat pump, etc. are used and their shapes are cylindrical or dotted or they could be like a flat plate. For the warmth keeping plate a metal plate which has high heat conductivity and others such as various composite materials, etc. can be used.
