PURPOSE:To save labor and to reduce artificial errors by using a multiplex control signal from which a signal having an abnormal value is removed and informing it to a control circuit side in a case wherein many signals become abnormal. CONSTITUTION:A signal selecting circuit SC inputs contact inputs E1-En and control signals 1-(n) and outputs a signal S calculated according to the states of the contact inputs E1-En to the control circuit, and also outputs the abnormality of a control signal C to the control circuit according to the contact inputs E1-En. The control circuit side takes a countermeasure such as a control stop, operation fixation, and manual operation permission if many signals among signals S becomes abnormal to cause the signal to turn on. A warning logic circuit AL outputs a warning A according to the states of the contact inputs E1-En.
