PURPOSE:To eliminate a waste of storage capacity and to shorten a processing time by providing a process analytic part which interprets an indicated request and determines processing contents, editing and storing data as an object of history control in a data storage file without any overlap, and editing and outputting data at a necessary point of time or generation according to the contents. CONSTITUTION:A data assembly and division part 7 separates necessary data from input data from a data input part 6 or data transferred by the process analytic part 5 according to the indication of the process analytic part 5, and assembles it according to a stored format or requested output data. When registered data is updated, the registered data is assembled into the latest record according to a processing program and only altered data are edited in update order; and the stored data are read out for the collation of the registered data and assembled into indicated history data, which are outputted. Consequently, an input/output program need not be developed newly, a waste of storage capacity is eliminated, and the processing speed is improved.
