PURPOSE:To enable a precise abnormality detection to be possible by detecting and comparing current flowing in the primary side of high voltage transformers of each generator in a high-frequency generators. CONSTITUTION:Magnetrons 1 and 1' having the same specification are installed in a heating chamber upward and downward, and according to this, two sets of power source circuits such as high voltage transformers 2 and 2' are provided. And current detection devices 11 and 11' are seriesly connected to primary coils 10 and 10' of transformers 2 and 2. A microcomputer 18 etc., with other parts are arranged on a printed board composing a control circuit 15 in devices 11 and 11'. Voltage proportional to current flowing from secondary coils B14 and B14' of devices 11 and 11' to coils 10 and 10' is fetched and is applied to the microcomputer 18. In such configuration, power relays 22 and 22' are operated by judging for abnormality with a difference of a primary current detected. An extremely precise detection of current can be made as two sets of circuits operate on the same operational conditions.
