PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a thermister by an electrolytic corrosion by short-circuitting the thermister with a switching element parallelly connected to the thermister on when cooking is not made in the thermister sensing an atmosphere temperature in a heating chamber of an electronic range. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 5 provided on the electronic range body 6 controls an oscillator 7 and heater 8 by input of an input key 12 such as cooking kinds and time, and of a thermister 1 detecting an atmosphere temperature in a heating chamber. And the thermister 1 and a switching element 4 composed of a N channel trangistor in the microcomputer 5 are parallelly connected. In such constitution, when cooking is not made, the thermister 1 is short- circuitted with a transistor 4 made on. This improves durability of the electronic range with a flow of an ionized metal from two fittings of the thermister 1 prevented.
