PURPOSE:To bring a support to a prescribed position where membrane correction is carried out by attaching or detaching a planar membrane correcting member to or from the support in response with the operations to carry in and out the support and electrophoretic operation. CONSTITUTION:The membrane correcting member 101 moves near to the support A when the support A subjected to a wetting stage is carried by a carrier 11 into an electrophoretic box 10. The support A is brought to the prescribed position by the contact of said member with the support. The member 101 moves to detach from the support A upon starting of the electrophoresis after coating of serum. The support A is thereby given with an outward pulling force by which the wrinkles and slacks of the support are removed. The electrophoretic treatment is executed in this state. The member 101 moves near to the support A side upon completion of the electrophoretic treatment and the position of the support is controlled by the contact of said member, by which the positional deviation, bend, etc., of the support A are eliminated. The support A is then carried to the ensuing stage by the carrier 11. |
