PURPOSE:To enhance fixability and antitack property, and to facilitate control of triboelectrification quantity by raising hardness and softening point of the surface film of a toner and lowering those of the inside core. CONSTITUTION:The encapsulated toner (a) to be used is composed of the inside core 34 made of a resin having a softening point of 70-160 deg.C and the surface film 36 made of the resin having a softening point of >=130 deg.C having a weight average molecular weight of >=5 times that of the core 34, and a triboelectrification quantity of 5-100muC/m<2>, thus permitting the obtained toner to be prevented from firmly adhering to a triboelectrifying member and a toner carrying body at the time of triboelectrifying the toner by raising the hardness and the softening point of the surface film 36 and enhancing its antitack property, and also enhanced in heat fixability by lowering the hardness and the softening point of the inside core 34. |
