<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the write load on a memory cell and to prevent the life of the memory cell from becoming short by writing only data which are received within a specific time in a target memory cell. CONSTITUTION:An access discrimination information latch 6 which holds pieces of access discrimination information as many as one page is provided in an EEPROM. Then a buffer which is accessed within a certain time is recognized and only the contents of the buffer which is accessed at the time of internal writing processing and written in the memory cell. Consequently, only the data received during a data acceptance period can be written in the target memory cell accurately, so the write load on the memory cells is reduced and the life of the memory cells is prevented from becoming short.</p> |
